London Mule

Crafted with gin instead of vodka, our London Mule embodies the elegance of high tea.

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Fresh mint
  • 2 oz Bardenay® Gin
  • 0.5 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice (½ lime)
  • 2–4 ounces ginger beer

Instructions:

  1. Muddle 6–8 mint leaves in a copper mule mug.
  2. Add the gin and lime juice over ice.
  3. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a bouquet of mint.
