Bardenay Mojito

A refreshing take on the classic Cuban cocktail, perfect for sunny sips.
Serves 1
Prep Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces Bardenay® Rum
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces soda water

Instructions:

  1. Add all but one mint leaf to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the mint leaf and soda water, to a cocktail shaker with cubed ice.
  3. Shake gently and pour into a Collins glass.
  4. Top with soda water and garnish with the mint leaf.
